Event Location - GENE CAMPBELL SPORTS PARK - 3200 Farm to Market Road 1484, Conroe, Texas 77303
Event Format - 5 game guarantee event - 4 65-minute pool games into a seeded 75-minute seeded single elimination bracket (7U/8U all games 65 minutes)
**All teams must have proof of valid team insurance uploaded into their USFA account and all players MUST BE LISTED on team USFA roster no later than midnight Friday prior to event starting.
Entry - $275
Divisions - 7U 2K19, 8U, 9U 2K17, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U/18U OPEN AND C-CLASS - WILL SEPARATE WITH ENOUGH TEAMS
PAP - $50 pool and $55 bracket (7U/8U $50 all games)
Awards - 1st and 2nd place - team and individual
Gate Fee: NO GATE FEE
**Home team will not be allowed to finish the inning if they are batting, leading and time has expired, as we have a ball game at that point.

Points for win 3
Points for tie 1
Points for forfeit win 3
If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker

Fewest Runs Allowed Tie Breaker #2
Run Differential Max 12 Tie Breaker #3
Director Coin Toss Tie Breaker #4
Note - the bracket will not populate until all of the pool game scores are finished
