This guide shows how to use the MASTER page to pre-seed and accurately place teams into divisions using up-to-date USA Rank data. It explains toggling display of ranks, auto-seeding by rank (which overwrites manual seeds), including or excluding event games from rank calculations, and marking teams as "done" to manage advancement. Use it near scheduling for current ranks.

1. Select "MASTER" from your quick list (MASTER link to the right of "Hamburger," MENU, or Admin Icon > MASTER).

2. How to choose the teams / clubs to batch update: Check the top box to select ALL teams registered for your event. Check the box to the left of the team name to select individual teams. Check the box to the left of the club name to select all teams within a club.

3. Click "UPDATE TEAMS" to open the bulk update panel.

4. Click the dropdown menu for Seeding & Rank

5. Display each team's USA Rank on the MASTER page. Click the "Process Update" button and we'll update the MASTER page to display each team's USA Rank. This also adds the information to the Pre-Seeding page This should be done as close to scheduling as possible, as the ranks update each Sunday night / Monday morning, so if you complete this too early, you won't have truly accurate ranking data. Seed teams based on their USA Rank This process will remove any seeding you've already completed. The seeding will be calculated for all teams based on their USA Rank which is based on hundreds of thousands of results from the past year. SincSports enters hundreds of thousands of games and the teams themselves may enter results. Both league and tournament results are included. Remove USA Rank for all teams This process will remove the USA Rank from displaying on this screen. Include all games in USA Rank All games from this event will be included in USA Rank. Exclude all games from USA Rank No game
