This guide shows how to combine teams from multiple age groups into a single division and update scheduling so they can be seeded together. It walks through filtering by age, bulk-selecting teams, changing their division, and confirming the move in the Scheduling module. Follow it to quickly reassign many teams at once and finalize division setup and seeding.

1. In the Scheduling System, you will see that you have three 17U teams, one 18U team, and three 19U teams and decide you want to put them all into one U19 division.

   

2. Click "Submit"

   

3. To move the teams into a different Division, go to the "MASTER" page.

   

4. Click "FILTER TEAMS"

   

5. First move the U17F teams to the U19Girls Division. Select the "17UF" option in the Age drop down Filter and click "Filter Teams".

   

6. Check the box next to the teams you want to move. If you click the top box, it will automatically check all boxes. Click the UPDATE TEAMS tab.

   

7. Since these teams will be moving to the 19U division, select the "19U Girls" in the Division drop down and click "Update Teams".
