This guide shows how to quickly upload and map an Excel roster so your team page displays accurate athlete records. It explains selecting the file, matching spreadsheet columns to system fields (with or without headers), handling missing common data, and confirming/importing updates or duplicates. Follow it to avoid mapping errors and to recover or re-upload if something imports incorrectly.

  1. From your team home page, select Team Roster icon

  4. You must identify the columns that are listed in your spreadsheet so the system knows where to funnel the information. A sample of your upload appears and if you have column headers, just adjust the dropdowns to match the column headers. If you DON'T have column headers, you'll need to select the column headers that are appropriate for the data in each column. The display may run out of room for all of the column header dropdowns to appear in one row (as you'll see here with the birth date). You just need to make sure the dropdown corresponds with the data in the columns.

  5. The "File has a header row (skip the first row)" box is checked by default. If your upload DOES NOT have headers, you must uncheck this box. Click Save and Continue.
