This guide shows two simple, secure ways to reset an athlete’s password—either directly from the athlete’s profile via the Control Panel or through the login page’s “Forgot your login?” link. It explains the exact clicks and form steps so you can quickly request a reset and regain account access.

1. There are two methods athletes and parents may use to update athlete passwords. One way is from the athlete's profile page. Click "Control Panel".

   

2. Click "Reset Password"

   

3. Complete the password reset form and click Save Changes.

   

4. There is also the password recovery from the log in page, click "Forgot your login?"

   

5. Enter your primary email address and click Send Reset Link. We'll send you a message so you can reset your password.
