What Does Club Pass Players Mean?

Club pass players are players who are associated with another team in the same club and are permitted to play with a different team for an event.

US Club teams

US Club teams do not have a formal club pass option in the player dropdown. Instead, the players are moved to the roster of the team they will play with in the US Club system.

If the players cannot be moved to the team's roster or a guest roster cannot be created in the US Club system, mark the players as guest players and upload the roster for the team they play on. The roster can then be submitted to the tournament director for review.

USYS teams

USYS teams may have Club Pass as an available player designation. Events may have different requirements for a club pass player.  Some may only want the pass and others may require the roster for the player.

Player Pass ID

A player's Player Pass ID is listed on the roster and on the player's passes.
