How to Get an Official Association Roster
SincSports does not have access to association roster systems or the ability to download official association-approved rosters for you.
- Contact the association that issued the roster or your club registrar.
- Request the official roster document for your team, including the information required by your event.
- Upload the document to the event when completing the roster or online check-in task, if requested.
A roster or team information sheet generated in SincSports may not be an official association roster. For example, a team information sheet may not include the player external IDs required for roster verification.
If the roster information in SincSports is incorrect, go to the Participating Athletes and Coaches task to correct the athlete information before submitting the document again.
