This guide quickly shows how to link full-size and smaller subfields in the SincSports Scheduling System so overlapping bookings are prevented. It explains finding fields, linking an 11v11 field with its 7v7 halves, and how linked fields block conflicting reservations. It also notes how to view and remove links.

1. In the Scheduling System, click Available Venues.

   

2. Find the fields you want to link. Typically you would be linking an 11v11 Field with two smaller fields so that if a game is booked on the smaller field, you cannot book on the full size field. In this example Metro North #2 is 11v11 and Metro North #2A and Metro North #2B are 7v7 and would use half of the full field.

   

3. Click "Metro North #2". Click "Metro North #2A". They will show in the top right corner to be linked. Click "Add Link". If a game is scheduled on 2A, you now can't book on 2.

   

4. Click "Metro North #2". Click "Metro North #2B". They will show in the top right corner to be linked. Click "Add Link". If a game is scheduled on 2B, you now can't book on 2. *Once linked, you will see the link after the Field. *Click on the field again to unlink in the top right corner.
