How to set up registration dates, early bird discounts, late fees, start a waitlist by date, and establish a code for teams to access registration after it's closed to the public. From your tournament page, click on Admin > Website Settings > Select Setup Team Registrations

Select the date and time you wish to open registration and repeat for when you wish to close registration.
*Be careful, it you set it to 12:00 AM on the registration close date, no one will be able to register that day. Most events have registration close at 11:59 PM (ALL deadlines are in the Eastern time zone, you'll want to adjust accordingly).

Activate these options by toggling the icon to the right. Click save dates when your information is set the way you wish.

If you wish to start a waitlist at a certain point, toggle the Waitlist After Date button to enter the date and time. You may also set an Access Code (when registration is closed), to allow teams who have it to register so you don't have to reopen registration for everyone. Click Save Dates when all of your options are set the way you desire.
