Fees, limits, and waitlists. How to Configure Team Registration Fees and Set Max Teams Options (for Waitlist and Team Insurance), Add Discounts (Team and Club). This guide shows how to set up and manage team registration fees, capacity limits, waitlists, and optional team cancellation insurance so your event collects the right amounts and handles full divisions cleanly. It explains creating unique age/gender fees, deposits or free entries, percentage or fixed discounts, and coupon behavior (including partial payments). It also covers club/quantity discounts and how clubs pay for multiple teams in one transaction to automatically apply volume savings.

1. Admin / MENU > Website Settings, Setup Team Registrations

2. Click "4" for "Fees"

   

3. If you plan on starting a waitlist when a division is full, you'll need to set up your fees individually by age and gender. Division (Fee) Name - The fees must have unique names. This is easily accomplished by using the age and gender: 13U Boys. Mark the corresponding gender checkbox. From Age: the youngest age who may participate in this division (Sometimes, events will let younger teams play up, so if you choose to do this, you'll set the youngest age, if it were the case, to 12U). In this particular case, it's 13U. To Age: the oldest age (which should be the division name) which will have this fee. In this case, it's 13U. Enter the fee's whole dollar amount. Indicate the maximum number of teams you want to register for this division. You may enter a description here, but it isn't required. Once you've finished, click Add Fee.

   

4. Repeat the process for the Girls (or another boys age group/division). It's easier to all fees by gender first, since the information (when adding fees, not editing them) will remain. This way only the age has to be changed Division Name, and adjust the From Age / To Age as appropriate and adjust the fee when needed.

   

5. Here are your Max Teams Options Waitlist When waitlist is activated: Display Spots Remaining Team Cancellation Insurance (you may activate this with or without Max Teams Options).

   

6. When you toggle the Team Cancellation Insurance feature on, it will then ask if you want this to show on the payment screen (so it's included in the registration flow).

   

7. For clubs who have reciprocal agreements (send equal number of team's to each respective club's tournament), they'll create "Coupon Codes" so teams receive a pre-determined discount to participate. We will explore each option in subsequent steps.
